ADAPTIVE & SOCIAL INTEGRATION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES & EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ABOUT INCLUSION
OUR TEAM
The ATX youth Wheelchair basketball team was created to serve as a form of physical education that we believe schools are not equipped to offer even though adaptive sports is desperately needed, we figured it would be strictly recreational.
What we didn't know was the hunger this group had to be the best at what they do. In their first year together, they made Nationals they finished top 32 in the country out of the leages 150 teams, Amazing! The coaches now know the amazing talent and drive this group has and can't wait for what they have in store next, as they say, "YOU KNOW!"
COMMUNITY OUTREACH / DEMOS
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with adaptive and inclusion challenges for the disabled and communities they reside. Community Outreach is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each day to make a positive impact. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause. Using adapted programs, we hope to bring our community together and recognize all as equal.

Lone Star Paralysis Foundation
Lone Star Paralysis leads the way in searching for a cure for spinal cord injuries. They also provide many activities for people with disabilities to be active around our communities. ATX would like to thank Lone Star Paralysis for their unlimited support.
THE YMCA OF AUSTIN
YMCA Austin has been a driving force in the community as for implementing and housing a Adaptive sports program & Paralympic sports club and has been very inviting to us with the Town Lake facility leading the way and has spread to the North and East facilities.
